My grandmothers, Bonnie Jean, and Ola Jean, were talented and industrious creators. They would never have considered themselves artists and would probably never have thought of themselves as creative. They would have said they were just 'piddling around.' However, the quilts, embroidered tea towels, hand-painted ceramics, oil paintings, and the like were natural overflow expressions of their gift of creating. They passed on their love of art, color, beauty, exciting details, quirky knick-knacks, and hand-crafted delights to our whole family.

I am a third-generation artist with Bonnie and Ola to thank.
